The staff was outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice. Greatly enjoyed our room that was impeccably clean. - the queen beds and nice selection of pillows were available. - Coffee, tea, toast, and cereals were really appreciated.

This place is conveniently located near a liquor store, a nearby restaurant, and Tofino, just a short walk from Pizza Hut serving fast food.

The rooms with a nice selection of pillows, quality linens, king size bed, competent and attentive staff in a demeaning and disrespectful manner at the time when my wife was trying to figure out why she couldnt get her included breakfast. All in all easy location, very close to other areas as well as a restaurant. Also, in a sheltered area.

The rooms here are spacious, pet-friendly, and come with a great variety of amenities like pillows and cutlery, and the staff is super friendly.

The location here is excellent, it's right by downtown, a dance competition, and other attractions, resulting in a great stay experience with a spacious king-size bed.

they charged me extra $11 for a baby crib. I said, I was not going to use it, but they said they were going to put it in the room anyway, because they were not going to charge. But as it turned out, they charged. So I had to phone them to cancel the charge.

I had quick lunch at Pizza Hut, located easy walk to the hotel.

Very helpful and friendly staff throughout the entire hotel - reception, housekeeping, restaurant and the pub. We have never slept in such a comfortable bed away from home! It was heaven! We stayed for 3 nights and so wish it could have been longer. Hope to return one day. Thank you all.

This is a friendly and well kept establishment with all the expected amenities of a N American hotel. The staff are particularly friendly and helpful and the housekeeping and general ambience are both to a very high standard. This is a good, comfortable and quality hotel with excellent staff.

The room we stayed is was perhaps a little smaller than we would have liked as touring travellers It is perhaps unfortunate that the desk in our room was positioned directly in front of the large flat screen TV making use of both at the same time very difficult. The lack of at least one comfortable chair is a pity. However, our minor criticisms should not put potential visitors off.
